POPIK band

Three guys who play sloppily fast or slow, depending on their mood. Music is transmitted through punk, metal, hardcore and rock'n'roll, all old schools, but we are a punk band.
POPIK is actually a supergroup founded four years ago. Mirso is on guitar, Sejo is on drums , which are worth mentioning KRV and Silent Kingdom, and Sharan plays bass and vocals, exposing criticisms that a miserable copy of Lemi. He also played in the Motherpig band.
Popik would not be POPK, but it is not a circus attraction, so they are very often joined by the comrades or members of the band, and some of them have already begged to play with us in order to move Sharana away from the bassist and / or vocals.
There are Emir (potential bassist), Vedo (potential vocal and guitarist) and Hare (potential bassist). Hare is our producer, and the man who is directly responsible for the abomination called "Memories for Olenu P.", the first album that you can download at http://popik.bandcamp.com

Skrammel records interview

1. Could you tell a bit more about skrammel record label?

Skrammel records started out as the out of tune, distorted voice of Swedish punk and hardcore. We wanted it to make it easier for good bands to have their music put on wax, with as little obstructions as possible. No contracts or shady royalty reports. We print the records, the band get some to sell, we take some to sell. And we help each other in any possible way to make sure that the records doesn't end up in storage shelve somewhere. That means small printed volumes and an ever expanding network of distro's in the world that can help us.

2. When did you start with the skrammel record label and are the bands satisfied with your services?

We will celebrate 10 years next year. 2019 will see us release our 29th, 30th, 31st and perhaps even 32nd records since the start in 2010. Many of the bands are coming band to release new albums with us and we hope that is an indication of us doing a good job and being nice to deal with.

3. What bands can expect from you?

Honest support - we only release music we get emotionally attached to, which makes it so much easier for us to support every release with all the love it deserves. Our music is not for everyone and that is fine. It is for us and that is all we need. Also we try to compensate the bands with a number of copies from the printed stock for band to sell at shows. Money in the pocket for the musicians without any reductions by overhead costs. If the musicians need our support to sell their share of the copies we are happy to help them.

4. Could you give some advice to bands about the underground scene?

Be original. Live shows is still great for getting your music out but internet rules. Release one killer track on Youtube, bandcamp or wherever rather than ten bland song on a CDR . Quality is everything.

5. Could you say something at the end for the blog All for one and one for all?

Veliki Brat - Album "Digitalno robovlasništvo"

From Novi Sad comes the composition of the Great Brother, formerly known as Deecin Ye Mc. The group is led by the singer, guitarist and author Goran Kovačević, who together with Miroslav Maletić - "Kić" is the backbone, and urban musicians with overwhelming previous experience and work on the "field" are still in the works. The first CD "kasni radovi" came out at the end of August 2014 and contains eight songs. The album was made in rock formations with funk and punk primes, and the lyrics are engraved with the precious humor.
The album "Digital Robot Ownership" in the "RnR Records" release with eight songs in a relevant way represents the author's testimony by Goran Kovačevic and the band. The mentioned Kovačević is credited with the textual setting, which is geared to all current topics and events, heroes and personalities from the local and foreign celebrity jet set. The texts have an ironic and parodic reversal, while only the music is turned to alternate rock and rock variants with a powerful 70's and 80's stamp.

The music was performed by Miroslav Maletić - Kić and Goran Kovačević, Goran Kovačević was responsible for the texts, Miroslav Maletić - Kić and Goran Kovačević worked with Miroslav Maletić - Kić. The album was recorded in the studio "Do, re, mi" by Peđo Pejić in Novi Sad, the filmmaker was Anđelko Banić - Anđus, and the remix was made by Dejan Vučković. The "Almost A Love Song" with Goran Kovacevic was sung by legendary novelist Bogoljub Čombe Banjac (Amajlija).

Rotten Stitches band

"Rotten Stiches is a punk band from Atlanta Georgia. When Rebellion Pitt went down to see their show we picked up a copy of Crisis Control. This album is loud and fast and gets your adrenalin pumping. With intense lyrics to match the insane vocals and fast music it is the best soundtrack to an angry life. Picture a bunch of punks in a car getting chased by 20 cop cars, 5 news vans and 2 helicopters trying to escape by throwing Molotov cocktails out the car windows . . . and just when they think there is no hope for an escape they decide to drive off a cliff into the sea where they are able to swim back to a comfortable squat where they celebrate their victory with cheap beers, whiskey and this this CD blasting from a speaker they found in the dumpster, using the electricity they siphon from the neighbors. This talented band has produced a CD that has you on the edge of your seat. Rotten Stitches bring their songs to life in their live show — we highly recommend you check them out."

Antigen band

Antigen was founded as punk band in Göttingen (Germany) in 2002. Founding members are Steffi (Bass and Vocals), Mücke (Guitar) and Wally (Drums). The band released the first album „Fluch der Väter“ in 2006 with the newcomer-label “Skulls in Heaven”. The second LP „Ware Leben“ was released in 2011. In 2011 Wally left the Band and Schmied (ex Dunkle Tage, ex Red with Anger) became the new drummer. In 2016 Mad Butcher Records released the EP „Ourselves“. In 2016 the band made a break.

In 2018 Steffi, the singer and bass player found new band members in the common former band Angry Brigade from Prague, which influenced the sound significantly and brings crust and hardcore elements into the band. The lyrics criticise power relations, social problems, capitalism and war.

Anticitizen live tape //Live In Allentown// review

Anticitizen is anarchopunk band formed in early 2012 in Washington, NJ.Anticitizen - Live in Allentown live tape was released on Saturday May 25th and feature 15 tracks recorded live at a recent show.A band who’s purpose for existence was to annotate and criticize political issues and politicians and promote peace and anarchy, had completely neglected a war being fought by their country on their, at the time, current recording. By their own standards, they had done well with this tape. They point out that the world is full of greed, unhealthy pride, anger, resentment, lust, rape, envy, jealousy, spitefulness, dishonesty & homophobia and that these are just other words for fear. They say we must strive so that all people believe in peace if we are to evolve as a species. Focus on goals other than monetary wealth and embrace the similarities between races rather than worry about the differences. All common sense really but not a situation that many politicians, money men and militarists would benefit from.So Anticitizen are angry and frustrated. Which means they release great music. The lyrics are equally simplistic, yet equally effective. The incredibly harsh and angry way that they are delivered only adds to their raw truth. Anticitizen"s lyrical pursuits are limited to a couple of subjects: namely, war and the system.This simplicity really only adds to Anticitizen’s sound and live atmosphere, however.Put simply, this live tape is the best example of best catchy hoarse noise.Available in 5 different color cassettes here:

Grešnici band new album

THE NEW ALBUM OF THE BELGRADE GROUP GREŠNICI

The Belgrade group Grešnici announced its new fourth album "Iz katapulta". The album publisher is a runic RNR record. The sound of the band has remained recognizable, solid and energetic crosover with distinctive and memorable lyrics .The album was recorded in the Studio of Workshop under the productive bass Filipa Verkić.The band started a promotional tour (Niš, Belgrade, Novi Sad ...). Negative Slug band

Negative Slug are a Noize sludge stoner doom quartet straight out of Zagreb underground. Founded in 2015, they are dark and slow, their main influences are Ramesses, Eyehategod, Cough, Iron Monkey, Buzzoven, Electric Wizard, Melvins and Graves At Sea. This well versed band are: Sven – vocals, Deda – guitars. Mariachi – bass, and the drumming pair, El Macho and Bunc. They have so far published: Negative Slug (2015), Anguish (2015), Live Exorcism (2016), Tumor (2016), Complication Vol. 1. (2016), and their latest, Bliss of the Corpse (2018).

Manicomio s.a band

Manicomio s.a band is born in mid-2014 in Caicedonia, a small town located in the north of the Valle department in Colombia.Between the monotony of coping with the endless days
and the violence that lasted for many decades from the country.Originally the band consists of 3 members of which 2 are still in the band, Juan Mendez on guitar and Sebastian Muñoz on bass, in the course of his career and a couple of changes in the voice and battery line have been with the training that now its blunt sound, based on not in specific bands if not in the same sense and feeling
been in the Rock n Roll.From the beginning he has found himself in a negative position
any aspect of life, blaming not the government or the institutions of any error in the system if not to the same society, to each individual who gives the power to them.They find theirselves with a psychiatric vision, which immerses us between hatred, resentment and repulsion.They are not better than nothing, and they are worse than bitter milk.They come to disturb your comfort, kick your ears and try a bit of your material.Currently they have an Ep. called "Manicomio"participation in several national compilations of punk and work on what is a Split and the composition of a studio album.

Basically they say, if you want something well done, do it yourself. If you can not do this you're fucked up, that's why you're in this madhouse.

Atomski Rat band

Atomski Rat (Atomic War) is band created in a small Serbian town called Šid (Shid).It came as a result of 4 guys who don’t know how to play (well,3 can’t play,and one can’t sing) wanting to form a band,like every punk and metal head does.They agreed to play punk thrash music,but when they started playing it turned out something completely different!So now they play kind of noisy hc something punk!They have rehearsal demo from 2009 and self released S/T from 2010.They have "I" "Iluzije Stvarnosti Tape," Sumrak slobode "CD and split with the band Kalo, which is to be released.They expect that by the end of the year a CD will be released with the latest discography and some unpublished recordings so far.

Balkan Metal Meeting 5
